As President of the Swinburne Finance Club, I grew a student idea into a recognised community - earning award recognition from the university and building critical experience in leading people through growth and change. Beyond that, I’ve worked across environments ranging from fast-paced events (National Leadership Forum) to customer-focused roles (Xero), each time learning how to connect people, create clarity, and drive momentum. In each case, the impact came from the same approach: understanding people, finding common ground, and setting up processes that allow creativity and execution to work hand in hand.

I’ve learned how to step into fast-moving situations and bring people together - like when I took charge of a student welcome and support program that needed a complete revamp. I rebuilt its structure, streamlined logistics, and led the team through change, which not only stabilised the program but set it up to grow.
